This is where the creative process begins to take shape. We will get busy talking and writing out a concept for your video. Look at this as the bones of the project. Once we have dialed in a concept (or several) you will receive an email outlining everything with a cost estimate. Once you pass it around the office for a few days and we get a green light, it is time to get busy on gathering information and socializing concepts with those involved.

Additionally, we will meet with the key stakeholders to ensure Video Shop and those invested in the outcome have a clear vision for the day(s) of filming.

We may film at a location for a couple of hours or several days just depending on what type of video you choose. Our goal is to capture plenty of material so we will lean on you to help lead the way if you don’t mind.

This is where your project starts coming to life. We will go through every clip and soundbite with a fine-toothed comb. We then pour through voice over talent (if applicable), make music selections, design any motion graphics. There will be plenty of collaboration on key decisions.

Once we emerge from our dungeon of video editing, we will send you a link to perhaps one of your greatest creative projects yet. Our goal is to make you the hero. You can pass it around and send over any final revision requests to make sure everything is exactly how you want it.
